The Marie Curie-Sklodowska University will host the next conference of the Radio Research Section. After Limassol (2009), Braga (2011), London (2013) and Madrid (2015), in 2017 we are invited to Lublin, in Poland.

The Radio, Sound and Society journal is now available online. It was launched in June 2016, meant to be an open access project , edited with Open Journal System.

::: The programme of the Radio Research Section is already available. All sessions will take place at Meeting Room 221. All those attending the conference are invited to participate in each session and so contribute to enrich the debate. Click on READ MORE to check the programme of the section. Annual business meeting

The Radio Research Section will have a business meeting during the Ecrea Conference in Prague. It is planned to be on November 11, at 13h30. The room indicated for the meeting is the Meeting Room 221. All participants are welcome.

Radio Research Conference 2017 will be held in Poland

The Marie Curie-Sklodowska University will host the next conference of the Radio Research Section. RRS Programme includes 6 panels

Reviewing process for Prague is concluded. Authors were already notified. The Radio Research Section was assigned 6 panels only, which means only 30 proposals could be accepted. A dozen of proposals was placed on the waiting list. Some of them can still be definitively accepted if any of the already accepted authors does not register

Coming soon

The ECREA Radio Research Section will launch in 2016 a new scientific journal on radio, sound and audio media. This will be an open access journal, published twice a year. Updated information on the journal’s online platform will be announced.
